  • Handcrafted Nature: As our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance and weight may occur.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Payments: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Afterpay via our secure Stripe integration.

Promotional codes and discounts must be entered at checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per transaction unless stated otherwise.

  • Free Shipping: Offers for free shipping apply only to Australian domestic deliveries via AusPost Express and are subject to minimum spend requirements.
