Perishable Goods
Our chocolates are handcrafted and perishable, and many items are made specifically for each order.
For this reason:
- We cannot accept returns on chocolate products
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind
- All sales are final once your order has been dispatched

Damaged Items
While we take great care in packaging your chocolates, transit conditions can occasionally affect delicate products.
If your order arrives significantly damaged or melted, please follow these steps:
1. Photograph the items immediately upon arrival
2. Include images of the packaging and affected chocolates
3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
