1. Storage
- The Sweet Spot: Store your egg in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 20°C.
- Avoid the Fridge: Unless your home is above 25°C, avoid refrigeration to prevent "bloom" and firm filling.
- Sunlight: Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Our premium Belgian couverture has a delicate melting point.
2. Serving
- Room Temp: Ensure the egg is at room temperature for the ultimate velvety consistency.
- The Cut: Use a warm, dry knife for a clean cut, or simply crack and enjoy!
3. Freshness
- Enjoy Early: Peak flavour is within 7 days from the production date (see bottom of the egg for the production date).
- Airtight: Once opened, store in an airtight container to prevent drying out.
